Unlock Refunds/Stipends
You can use the Unlock Refunds/Stipends page to create a batch to unlock locked stipend or refund records. For example, if a user who has a lock on a record goes on vacation, or if the system crashes, the record remains locked. In this situation, you can unlock the record using the Unlock Refunds/Stipends process.
You can then use the page to review all the batches that have been processed.
Prerequisites

Access Method
Select the Processes tile > expand Student Accounts > select Unlock Refunds/Stipends.
Procedure to Create the Batch and Review Results
Process Tab
Use the Process tab to filter the data and queue the batch job.

Specify the Selection Criteria to filter the records.
Campuses Type -
Select the Next button. Anthology Student gathers records that match the selection criteria.

Review the values in the Results grid.

Select the student or all the students for whom you want to clear the locked refund or stipend records.

Select the Queue Unlock button. On the queue batch dialog, review or change the name of the batch and select the Queue button.
Anthology Student processes the batch and unlocks locked stipend or refund records.
When the batch completes, Anthology Student displays the results on the History tab.
History Tab
For batches that you created to unlock refunds or stipends, you can use the History tab to review the status of all the batches, review the results of specific batches, and manage the batches.
Batches on this tab are available for 28 days by default. Anthology Student removes them after 28 days. If you need to keep the information for a batch, use the Export () button on the toolbar.

Review the values in the Batches grid.

Select the name of the batch in the grid. Anthology Student displays the details for the job in the Results grid.
